EDEN API
Korean tourism data unified in MariaDB and served through FastAPI
EDEN API serves Korean tourism data through public JSON endpoints, covering destinations, regional visitor counts, and inbound travel markets.
Wrote Python collectors to import data from multiple sources into MariaDB and linked records by regional codes and place identifiers. Built FastAPI endpoints with a common response format, including source dates and availability information.
Built a React and TypeScript dashboard for comparing regions and countries of origin through the API. Implemented filters that update charts and maps within the page, with Vite for development and production builds.
